I never leave reviews but I went in yesterday the short lady told me she couldn’t find me in the system n I was so nice I asked if she can try to pull me up again n she got an attitude so I asked the guy to pull me up n he pulled right up…. N she looked at him with attitude n he looked at her like what’s the problem at that point I didn’t want the service anymore so I left I didn’t get mad nor upset it was the fact the lady was being racist(it’s more to it but I’m not going to go into detail)…. I normally go there for services but after yesterday I will never return…. My people please go where people appreciate you it’s not worth dealing with racism n having to keep your cool just to spend your money there to get your car fix. Hopefully she see this comment n change her attitude or management speaks to her… I believe the guy who pulled me right up was the manager not sure but he’s always been cool it’s the women they have in there

When u go here make sure u know exactly what’s wrong with ur vehicle, cause i been dealing with since I moved here spending 4 thousand the first time than 3 thousand the list goes on with different cars come to find out they told me I needed a part that was 1,500 so something told me to go get my vehicle and let a another person look at it that work on my cousin car she just told me about the guy put my car on machine in all the part that they said I needed I didn’t even have that on my vehicle. Meaning my car model don’t carry that kind of part in when I showed them the evidence he couldn’t do nothing but sturdy his words in looking stupid yep just lost a customer. Should sue

Isabelle and the El Camino tire shop family was so nice and helpful to me and my son we needed tires at closing and they took such good care of us without hesitation. She understood the severity of what was happening and was willing to help us out I’m in Jonesboro, Ga and my son lives in Indy and I just can’t say thank you enough!!! Highly Recommend🥰

El Camino is a great tire shop. They did my alignment. Let me know everything that I needed to have done to ensure that my alignment was 100%. We walked to the Walmart while they were doing the service and because it started raining, they even came and picked us up. Definitely will be back. Definitely recommend.

I came here to get 4 tires mounted, balanced and wheel alignment. They told me I needed a valve stem and sensors because one was broken and one didn’t work. I originally said yes because they said I will have a light on the dashboard even tho no lights was on prior to arrival and no issues with flat tires. I came back 2 mins later stating I did not want the service and the told me it’s to late that I have to pay for it. I understand that this might count as a loss but I did not want the product and no contract was signed that I wanted the product install. I believe they scammed me into buying necessary parts.
